Principal

Dr. Chaz Voe is an educator, public speaker, published author, and mindset coach.

Known for her dynamic and interactive presentations, Chaz has traveled nationally and internationally to deliver/facilitate research and practitioner driven workshops, talks, and seminars on DEI, leadership, and personal/professional development. 

From a teenage mother to a change agent and master orator – she is an advocate for continuous education and training. As such, Chaz is dedicated to equipping women and young girls with the essentials to foster a holistic approach to personal and professional development, recognizing the interconnectedness of the Spirit + Body + Soul (mind, will, and emotions). 

In addition to being a trained researcher, she has over two decades of leadership experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

Chaz holds a PhD in Higher Adult & Lifelong learning from Michigan State University as well a Master of Science degree in Higher Education from Drexel University. Moreover, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing as well as a MBA in Management Information Systems with an Accounting Specialty from Davenport University.

A lifelong learner, Dr. Gaither has earned additional credentials as an educational leader at Harvard School of Graduate Education.
