“The goal is not to dismantle the Superwoman, we need her. Let’s (re)imagine her! What would she look like if we prioritized our spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being? How much MORE powerful would she be?” -Dr Chaz Voe
According to the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA), over 40 million adults in America suffer from stress and anxiety disorders. Notably, women are twice as likely to develop these disorders than men. Research shows many Superwomen suffer silently under the weight of their capes. Stress, anxiety, and other health disparities plague their lives and are often ignored in the pursuit of perfection and achievement.
The (Re)Imagined Superwoman was birthed from my lived experiences and a word from God. Struggling to find work-life harmony (I don’t believe there is ever a balance) in the midst of feeling overwhelmed, stress ensued health concerns, and dealing with anxiety – I found myself constantly being strangled by my cape. I asked the Lord, “How am I supposed to do all of this!” Not only did HE answer me, HE called me to help other women.
Our conferences and workshops are dedicated to celebrating the power of (re)writing the narrative of the Superwoman and (re)imagining what she would look like if we prioritized our spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being. These experiences are transformative journeys of self-discovery and empowerment.
